2. How to Exercise Your Rights
Export and deletion are self-service in Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Data. For anything else write to support@codecraft.expert. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing
- Contract: to provide the service you signed up for and take payments
- Legal obligation: accounting records and sanctions checks
- Legitimate interests: answering messages and preventing fraud
- Consent: analytics cookies
5. International Transfers
Where our providers process data outside the UK and EEA, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
6. Data Breaches
If a breach puts your rights at risk, we notify the ICO within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay.
