Cancellation Policy

This policy covers CodeCraft, operated by CODEGENIX LTD (Company Number 16808123), a company registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at Academy House 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, United Kingdom, CF31 1JF. It uses the same rules as our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. When You Are Charged

Credits are taken from your balance when you confirm a project quote or a specialist request, never before. Nothing else is charged.

2. Cancelling a Project

There is no cancel button on a project: once you confirm a brief, the credits are taken and the project is passed to a developer. If you change your mind, write to support@codecraft.expert with the project name. Credits spent on a project or specialist request are not refundable, as our Refund Policy says; any credits you have not spent are covered by the rule below.

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits are refundable if you ask within 14 days of buying them. Credits already spent on a project or a specialist request are not refundable. Credits never expire, so unspent credits stay in your balance after the 14 days.

4. Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees.

5. Closing Your Account

• Download any code you need first
• Ask for a refund of unused credits bought in the last 14 days before you delete the account
• Export your data from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Data if you want a copy
• Delete the account yourself from Dashboard → Settings, or write to support@codecraft.expert

We keep account and project data while your account is open. When you delete your account (Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Data) it is removed at once; a deletion requested by email is done within 30 days. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 30 days of deletion. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
