This policy covers purchases from CodeCraft, operated by CODEGENIX LTD (Company Number 16808123), a company registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at Academy House 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, United Kingdom, CF31 1JF.

1. Our Refund Rule

Unused credits are refundable if you ask within 14 days of buying them. Credits already spent on a project or a specialist request are not refundable. Credits never expire, so unspent credits stay in your balance after the 14 days. This is the one refund rule for every purchase on CodeCraft; our Terms & Conditions state the same rule.

2. What Is Not Refundable

• Credits spent on a project brief or a specialist request
• Unused credits more than 14 days after purchase (they stay in your balance and never expire)
• Credits paid with a payment that was charged back or fraudulent

3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (and the equivalent EU consumer-rights law) give you a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content or services without giving a reason. When you spend credits on a project or specialist request within that window, you ask us to begin supply before the cancellation period ends, and the right to cancel is lost for the part already supplied. Credits you have not spent remain refundable within 14 days of purchase. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights and never limits them.

4. How to Ask for a Refund

• Write to support@codecraft.expert from your account email, with the date and amount of the purchase
• A person checks that the credits are unused and were bought within the last 14 days
• Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with; how long your bank takes to show them depends on the bank.

5. Billing Errors

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it. This is a billing correction, not a refund of credits.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback; we can usually fix the problem faster. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended while the chargeback is resolved.
